It seems like they go directly to GTA4-Mods and reupload the content from there. That's why I never release stuff on there. They disregard any sort of message you send to them regarding stolen content.

Those posts don't help the OP's issue. Hey man, the best way that done is to learn how to scratch model and make the parts yourself since they're not distributed unlocked within the community. There is a chance that there are people out there willing to help you out and scratch make stuff, but right now IMO it's best that you and try. Good luck!

As others said, it's best to model in another program, export it as a .3DS or .OBJ, and simply convert and texture it in ZModeler.

You have to select the default siren dummies and move them way under your vehicle, so far that you can't see them to get rid of the default coronas. Just remember, DROT only works on police, police2 and firetruck.

Do you have the "store textures" box ticked? That's what caused me a problem before.

Well, it all depends on the wattage rating of your laptop charger and how many watts it draws, and if the extension cord you're using has a high enough wattage rating on it.
