    What I've been looking for for years. I tried many times myself but was never able to get good enough audio samples. They do need to be made into mono, and the volume boosted; but the sound quality, amount of tones available, and the smoothness of the loops puts every other version of the Z3 to shame.

    Yeah, it is. That texture is for 8.0/8.1 shirts. Not the 8.2 shirts. I can tell by the visible white undershirt bit and button textures. And the belt texture he's got is for an entirely different belt, too. Sure, he could go through the other textures, but then it won't fix the issue of the custom highway patrol texture not working right, he'll just be using a different uniform top. If he actually wants to have the issue fixed, whoever actually made the texture (or anyone else, really) needs to update it to fit the template of the updated shirt. Source: Experienced texture artist who has in-depth knowledge of EUP and how it works, literally credited as a contributor for EUP.

    Honestly I haven't touched GTA IV for ages, I made these peds back in 2017 but just never got around to releasing them. I've received a lot of personal requests to release the pack recently so I decided I should probably do it. I don't have any plans to continue creating new IV mods at the moment, other than *maybe* some minor updates to this pack, and one car I was working on last year.

    Been a while, huh? I made these peds a couple of years ago and I always intended to release it, but I never got around to it. Now I've done it. Some of the peds may have some spawning issues where there is a missing torso, they are meant to be used with the external vests. There are also some clipping issues with some components but I'm so crap at using 3DS Max that it's the best I could do.
