Activate the Police Buffalo, the Police Stinger and the Policew(Rusty Version of the Vapid Police Cruiser) without Multiplayer

I´ve try put the Police Buffalo(police3), the Police Stinger and the policew in TBOGT cargrp to Group Cops, Because it woks by Sultanrs and  i replaced the sultanrs with the GTA V Civillian Cheval Fugitive, put the sultanrs by cargrp  and it works.  Why it´s not works for the Police Buffalo,  the Police Stinger and the policew for the TBOGT cargrp?

GTA IV and EFLC only spawn the first two vehicles in the POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS line. If you want to use them in singleplayer I recommend using a mod that can spawn cars like Simple Native Trainer, or use a mod that spawns other cop cars in traffic like this one:

I know it's kind of a late response. Couple of years. But have you tried the I.W.L, Improved Wanted Level mod?
