This is a Mammoth Patriot (patriot) mapped to support liveries. Included are two variants with different lightbars - one with default GTA V one, and the NOOSE one with a custom made LED lightbar (made out of default parts) inspired by Whelen Liberty (as used on my other SAHP and NOOSE cars).
Included in the archive are 4 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers (LSSD only) for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.

For the main uniform head on to:

For the hat head on to :

Open ''dlc.rpf'' with openIV in:

in the dlc.rpf go to:

 -Replace the files there with the ones you downloaded.

I made a CVPI sound mod. It won't sound absolutely perfect, but I think it is closest compared to all the CVPI sound mods.
I need a preview video. If anyone can please test this mod and make a preview video, that would be great.
This is still a beta; feedback would be great.
 
Installation:
 
OpenIV installation:
1. Open Episodes From Liberty City or Grand Theft Auto IV with OpenIV.
2. Browse go to the following folders pc/audio/sfx.
3. Open "STREAMED_VEHICLES".
4. Replace V_STYLE_3 with the file provided in the download.
 
SparkIV installation:
1. Go to your EFLC or GTA IV directory.
2. Go to pc/audio/sfx.
3. Right click on "STREAMED_VEHICLES" and open it with SparkIV.
4. Hit "Import" and select the "V_STYLE_3.ivaud" provided in this download.
5. Hit "Save".

Hi again! 2 days ago I asked what model I should make and I had received a variety of responses, including a 2015 Charger and an FPIU. I will get to those mods soon, however I will be releasing this one first. It has a similar, yet improved setup of the CVPI I posted earlier. Features include a Go Rhino pushbar with randomly spawning wraparound (It's rare), Improved lightbar with a solar panel and ALPR cameras, grill and rear deck lights.
I'm open to requests, and I'll also do my best to help you with any issues you may have. I'd like it if you could let me know about any videos that you make that feature this mod.

Featuring Sparkz ENB v4.0 - Pack - 
 

This mod is a model and texture replacement for Realism Dispatch Enhanced's SAHP SWAT (s_m_y_sahpswat_01) ped. Using Zmodeler 3, this is a custom ped made from existing parts edited to fit together in order to provide a semi-accurate representation of the real life CHP SWAT officers.
This model can be used without RDE, just rename the files to the name of the ped you wish to replace and put them in the correct locations.
This ped model will be inculded in RDE 3.0 and beyond.

This is the Federal Signal Beacon Ray Model 17. Its a good quality Model and have complete with Rotator 3142 Polys. You can reduce the Polycount when you use a other or the original Rotator from the GTA Games (GTA 4 and 5). In the Archive is a seperate Folder with the Texture of Blue Glas. The standard Color of the Glas is Red. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

It features a Code 3 RX2700CC lightbar, an Axixtech Commander in the rear window, other generic police equipment, hubcaps and a Go Rhino Pushbar. The skin is made by me, and also features a supervisor skin as an alternate livery.
