This is my first ped re-texture, and I wanted to share it. The patches are hard to place, so they might still be a little wonky.
 
Anyway, these textures add Paleto Bay officers to EUP. They are based off of Olanov's Tri-City officers specifically. I thought they went well with BxBugs' Paleto Bay liveries as well.
 
It adds a short sleeve for male and female, a long sleeve with tie for male and pants for both.
 
Please read the readme for installation instructions.
 
I've also included edits of the livery for BxBugs' CVPI and Charger and Gump's COBRA Tahoe.

This is an unfinished model, but I decided to release it anyway since we have been waiting long enough for an unlocked 2016 FPIU. Also, since this is my first time converting a car to GTA 4, I don't know how to fix a lot of these issues. Personally, I'm fine with the way it is, but you can totally edit it if you want to. If you want to release a fixed one, do what you will. If you want to release a fixed version unlocked, I strongly encourage you. If you want to convert it to GTA 5, GTA SA, or any game, go ahead. It's your model now, enjoy!

Side note- I'm still having issues with the window and door collisions.
 
Known bugs:
-Rear bumper disappears after getting hit enough times (have no idea why)
-No engine model, so the hood stays shut
-Unbreakable windows
-Able to phase through the doors.

This is a work-in-progress templated pushbar pack that I am working on. 
Please let me know what I should do to improve on this.

Zalecam użycie dostarczonego pliku "vehicles.ide" w przeciwnym razie animacje radiowozów mogą być niedopasowane do typu pojazdu.

- (na tym bocznym pasku) Grand Theft Auto IV --> pc --> audio --> Sfx  (w tabelce po prawej wchodzimy w "resident.rpf")
- RESIDENT --> import (zakładka na górnym pasku) w lokalizacji do której wypakowaliśmy modyfikację wybieramy "HORNS.ivaud
- Teraz tylko wciskamy "SAVE" (niebieska dyskietka na górnym pasku) i zamykamy. Z każdym następnym okienkiem robimy to samo tzn. klikamy "SAVE" i zamykamy.

About: This model is replica of the Police Ford Territroy used by the New South Wales Police Force.
Note this model requires Macgregors Aussie Flash Pattern. 
 
 
 

This Is new Idle stance from GTA V. When officers are idle they'll take this position. This has been extracted right from GTA V Much more realistic.  MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES. 

I've converted this default GTA V car to a police vehicle. The model makes use of carcols edits, and provides amber emergency lights under the rear window and on both sides of the roof (check the pictures). Also included in the package is a variant with standard siren values and no amber lights.
The car is optimized for Radiance V, but will work regardless.

Features list:
(Optional) Carcols lines and an optional replacement file for amber rear LEDs and side-facing strobes Carvariations and vehicles.meta lines, although the model could probably replace police2 Breakable glass and functioning dials Default dirt mapping is preserved Detailed UV-mapping of the vehicle and a template for custom liveries Eight high quality LSPD liveries with a .psd for an example The model is unlocked and community edits and improvements are encouraged. Use the template and make me proud.
