I've tried CryEnb3 , it looks good at night but not so nice during daytime. I'll check the others soon. EyeCand ENB looks promising (Will try it later) Will check others later.

I've had this struggle for years and never asked your opinion. What do you guys use and what would you recommend for a Mid-Low user.(Athlon x2 250, and HD 6670 , 4GB Ram). Yes it does too in Single Player. I have tried playing with my brother some LCPD:FR but sadly the game crashed every once in a while. Couldn't get much calls either. I was on a drug-deal mission with him and chasing down two suspects. I sent my brother to get the car which was parked a few blocks away then when he returned (while I was arresting the 2nd guy) my game suddenly crashed. Also there seem to be some weird "CPed Failed to obtain network control" and some "HasVehicle is true but vehicle doesn't exist" . Here are the logs. I couldn't find the line “PreloadAllModels" so I created one and set it to True. Hope it works, I'll come back and let you know . Thank's Update. Well yeah, nothing much to say. I was doing a traffic stop then the suspects started firing at me, while I was in the gunfire a message popped up saying that I should restart the game because of an LCPDFR bug. Quick update ; The manual installation seems to be VERY Buggy and full of crashes. Still need help with this thing .. FIXED: I finally fixed this. A few time ago I had installed Kaspersky anti-virus 2013 on my computer , after checking the registry all the night , I've figured out that it was from some scrchpg.dll . Open regedit.exe (use start or cmd). Once regedit is opened hit Ctrl + F and look for this "{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}" (without " and make sure that Keys ,Values and Data are marked) then you should find some files from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Wow6432Node/CLSID/ and here you have to look for the folder "ImprocServer32" and if you click it you are gonna see some values on the right side. You should have "(default) and original dll. If the (default) is something else than c:/windows/syswow64/vbscript.dll than there's your problem. Maybe in your cases it's not Kaspersky. Maybe it other anti-virus (McAfee has this problem also.) and just go to their webiste and look for a removal tool. I used Kaspersky Removal and selected my product. Hope this fix works for you guys :)

I've downloaded the .zip manual instalation file , and it worked. To avoid HUGE bugs install LCPDFR V1.0 on a fresh GTA IV (without any mods) also fix the backspace on your fourms. It's annoying.(I had to write this in notepad -_')

I've been testing LCPDFR and my game crashed while I tried to join a pursuit (ALT+E), also I've got like 2 call-outs in 23 minutes. I've been playing again today and my game crashed durring a traffic stop. Here's the LCPFR.log : http://pastebin.com/CgiZts4a
