A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Hey! Okay so, I originally made these cars almost a year ago in the attempt to make a massive SCHP pack. For many reasons that pack has been put on hold for now but I felt bad for posting pictures of the cars I finished without sharing them. I shared them in my discord however I wanted to share them with the community. These cars aren't up to my current standards but I don't have the time to fully redo them, I'm sorry about that. They are based on South Carolina Highway Patrol. The liveries are lore friendly and the interiors are not accurate as I did not have interior pictures at the time of making these. I really hope to continue progress on a newer pack in the near future that will be %100 accurate. I really hope you all enjoy these cars and get some fair use out of them. This pack will not be updated unless there is major bugs (which there shouldn't be) until my pack is ready to release.

Here is another release of a old project that I figured I would share. It started off as a personal project. It is based off of North Charleston Police Department's 2011 CVPI's. The only accuracy issue would be the console as I couldn't find any pictures to make that accurate. It's lore for Rockford Hills as I thought it would fit well and there isn't a lot of content for that area in GTA. I really hope you all enjoy! Please report any bugs or issues and I will fix them as soon as I can.

It's not just a k-9 unit! It's k-9 with a prisoner transport! So, now you can have best of both worlds! I spent a month on this Tahoe, perfecting this! There isn't a thing that wasn't looked at and fixed...Love this Tahoe..Even has working spotlights corona's!Own VCF. Some extra options should you decide you want them. Give it a download and check it out! Also, the twitter on the back of the Tahoe is real. I was making the livery from Georgia Tech PD and thought it would be cool to have a Sandy Shores PD twitter. If you want to check it out..just saying. Haha.

To install the models:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police.yft,police_hi and police.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

These are a few partitions I've been working on. There are more to come later on but this is it so far. I plan on making a few K-9 partitions, but I've lost interest at the moment so I'm releasing what is done so far. These have just been textured kinda so so, so in no way do I expect anyone to keep these as they are, use the different colors on the texture to change it up, etc. If you use these as textured that's fine, if you change it that's fine. These are based on Setina Partitions and a few others but are not supposed to be accurate to the T. So feel free to do as you wish with them.
 
Feel free to convert to whatever game you wish, I don't care if you use it for Farming Sim, Euro Truck, etc. I just request I receive the proper credits for the model regardless of where you use it.

Here it is! A remaster after 2 years. Stop using my 2 year old model. Use this one. It's much better and does the Tahoe justice. Oh and the gauges are still mapped to GenTaxi. So figure it out. I don't really use the gauge. It's a useless luxary that can't get the speed right on custom models.

This K-9  Chevrolet Tahoe is based off the 23rd District Drug Task Force out of Dickson,Tennessee.It's accurate as I could make with the videos and little pics I could find. As extra9 and extra12 I have put 11 kilos of cocaine wrapped and 130,000 cold hard cash on the hood. Shoutout to ISPfan12 for helping me with what the lighting looks like and Getinmybelly0627 for the liveries!

So after way too long of fucking around with zmodeler, I finally figured out that there was certain lines missing in a file. So here it is.
 
To install this file, go to your zmodeler 3 install location -> CLOSE ZMOD 3 -> drag this file into the INSTALL folder -> start zmodeler 3
 
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE install this to save yourself a huge headache.

After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. Some bugs here and there but minor enough for the average modeler to fix. Anyways I thank all the people who have contributed to the models in so many ways. It means alot. And I thank the community for it's support and the models they make. It's what keeps this community running. Thank y'all and take care.
