I hope chester199 well I assume that you are saying you cant believe america has allowed racism to go on as long as it has, as officermcnally says it is very common deal. It would be awesome if it didn't exist but it always has and always will, I personally don't allow it in my house or my kids to judge someone solely based on color, its ignorant and impractical, there are thousands of great people in my area alone they shouldn't be looked down based upon color, location or the way they dress but sadly they are it is also something that has been accepted for all parties here in the south. So I have only played Lcpdfr in gta iv and have never played any of the episodes of liberty city. Does any one recommend trying lcpdfr in these or stick to normal Gta? If so what are the main benefits?

How about New Orleans, well honestly Id like to see it based in the south ha could yall imagine a delta gta, farm land and levees? Ha what! How about the swamps? I know its stupid but there has been alot of attention in those areas GTA V touched on it

Drake has a point I looked before I bought my desktop and alot of Laptops that could handle what I wanted to play were in the 1200 dollar range. So i found a good desktop with a great CPU but medium graphics card thus saving me alot of money and now I can upgrade my card for those intense graphic games

I think that South Africa along with the USA has problems with racism, and it has made its way back into politics, after decades of people fighting to make it almost unexistant here we are. I live in the south, Memphis actually most of you know Memphis is known for the King and the Death place of Martin Luther King. I hate that it happen here and it happened in general, but he fought a good fight I think that he would roll over in his grave to see how things were today. Now a days there is def a reverse racism, speaking about my area not in general, and now to hear more of rasical suppression is insane. Why cant we all get along every race and ethnic group has made mistakes in the past why cant we learn from this and keep moving forward instead of making history repeat itself rant over..

This will be interesting I wish R* would open up some and shed some light on the matter question, how many computers out there aren't moddable isn't that the biggest benefit for pc games? Me personally I play pc to have the ability to mod games and alter were I can I am however a noob in that area but its not from lack of trying.
