  3. Assuming you have a back up copied some where else on your computer and your opening EFLC from a shortcut, try opening your modded game from its folder dont use the short cut and make sure Open Iv isnt modding the wrong copy. This happens to me pretty often, LMS says its a directory problem when using C drive
  4. You are changing the police 3 in the TBOGT directory through spark or open iv?
  5. Are you running any command lines?
  6. Did you try the manual installer?

  9. This is true and no offense meant. Did you install any other mods after you installed LCPDFR? I did a while back and it replace some of the LCPDFR scripthooks with older ones that came with those mods
  10. Most people set it to windows vista 2
  11. Did you save it within your trainer or do you have a saved vehicle within it? I generally save my patrol vehicle then spawn it out of the safe house after I force duty
  12. Sorry bud have you thought about a fresh install? Or have your just right clicked and replaced the FBI. wft and FBI.wtd? Or deleted it and added the new or original back in?

  14. Think it could be a directory problem like I was having? I will give you props it seem since your 1.0c update that my EFLEC and GTA run better on windows 7 compatibility settings
  15. Had an issue with mine after making some texture changes and script changes then noticed they weren't in game turned out my shortcut was still linked to the back up I had made before the changes. Weird how the documents directory over rode the program files directory
  16. Have you tried the launcher in the directory just to see?
  17. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 I know this is repeated alot but try uninstalling the two at the bottom seems to be a common issue, guess that is a hint why its in the list
  18. Are you using a shortcut to launch your game?
  19. Okay by far I am not expert but I too have had problems and with help from the people on this forum I have picked up a little bit. Looking at some of your logs I think with some of your mods you are replacing the scripthook advancehook etc with older ones that come with your mods. Try installing LCPDFR with the manual install and then make sure your running as an admin and in compatibility mode for both the Launcher.exe and the Gta.exe in the directory also make sure all the folders aren't set to Read only mode. Best way to do that is to go to the root directory and set it from there.
