Hello everyone I was wondering if it would be possible to edit the police voice speech and get them to say nypd rather lcpd?

First off I wanna say this America has been false advertising free since she gained her independence. That's one lie it told. The man was as guilty as a repeat offender. First off the man had a reputation for violence, secondly he was racist a known fact. Mixed those to with the fact that poor Trayvon was in a white neighborhood being stalked by a racist white man; there's your reason right there. Also why he was allowed to carry a gun with his known violent attitude in the first place strikes me now if a black man was the neighborhood watch of his community and he saw a white male who didn't look as if he belonged in the neighborhood wearing a white hooded suit(KKK) and we had to shoot and kill him; The case would have been over before it started because when the police would have heard that a black man was carrying a gun over a scanner the police would served justice right there by shooting that black as soon as they arrived at the scene. Black people need a land of their own and we need away from white people period end of story. Black nationalism is the key. I wnted to know if someone has a detective ped with just a short sleeve white t shirt with a bullet proof vest. Is it possible to complete remove the clothes off of a ped and apply different ones.

Long sleeve button down shirts isnt realistic white or black short sleeve t shirt recommended for best realism.

When I downloaded lcpdfr it asked for my username and password to link the accounts. I did it and I came back here it says that my account are not linked it says Connected, but user seems to have not linked their account to the website. RESET STATS

Can felons posses blank firing guns? They are not real firearms and cannot be converted to shoot projectiles. Under federal law a firearms is considered to be anything that shoots projectiles.
