  1. Alright... Mind listing all the mods I need to download. And if they need to be downloaded in any order, can you list them that way?
  2. I'm actually willing to put my phone number out there so someone can walk this genius through proper installation, if that's the case.
  3. It was already all the way down... Here's where I have it saved to: Computer>Acer(C:)>Progrm Files (x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City. In the main GTAIV EfLC file, I have ELFC, Installers, scripts. I click in scripts and I see the lcpdfr folder.
  4. That must be where I'm screwing up at. I don't know what you're talking about when you mention UAC. How do I disable it?
  5. Yes, sir. I only play as admin on my PC
  6. I go in game, and press Alt+P and nothing happens. Been reading around the forums and couldn't find an answer. Do I need the original GTA IV as well? Cheers.
