I go in game, and press Alt+P and nothing happens. Been reading around the forums and couldn't find an answer. Do I need the original GTA IV as well?

Are you running the latest patch? Is it a legal copy of the game? Are you running the game as administrator? 

 

Running as Admin, it's a legal STEAM copy, it should be the latest patch, as Steam usually automatically updates their games.

Yes, sir. I only play as admin on my PC

So you disabled UAC, then? Are you launching the game via "LaunchEFLC.exe"?

That must be where I'm screwing up at. I don't know what you're talking about when you mention UAC. How do I disable it?

It's to make sure you always run games as administrator (so you don't have to right-click the .exe file). Disabling UAC:

1. Open the start menu.

2. Type “UAC” (without quotes)

3. Pull the “slider” all the way down and accept the changes. A reboot may be required in some rare cases.

It was already all the way down...

Here's where I have it saved to:

 

Computer>Acer(C:)>Progrm Files (x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City.

 

In the main GTAIV EfLC file, I have ELFC, Installers, scripts.

 

I click in scripts and I see the lcpdfr folder.

Don't ever do that. 

 

Can you uninstall the game by removing it from steam, deleting all files in the directory and then install it again? Install the mods one by one. One of them is causes the issue I believe. 

Alright... Mind listing all the mods I need to download. And if they need to be downloaded in any order, can you list them that way?

 

1 ) Are you sure that you INSTALLED the mod via admin rights?

2 ) What I do is right click on EFLC, gta4browser, gta4encoder, LaunchEFLC/GTA4 and I press properties go to compataiblty and check run as admin on all of them and start the game from steam/whatever version you have ( seemed to fix that problem for me )
