There are way too many CVPI mods done for GTA 4 to list. Try using the search function found at the upper corner of the website. Make sure to search for downloads. Write "CVPI" and you will find dozens of results. Also the one in the vid is ELS enabled, keep that in mind. There is a useful filter for that found in this vehicle. Select "ELS models". The CVPI in video seems to be featuring a LED ligtbar. Also, for the lights to work properly, you need ELS (preferred version is ELS V8), which can be found in here. UV mapped defaults and gta cars are nice for me

Here in Turkey (Yes it is a country, not just an animal, located in middle east next to Iran/Iraq and such...) the local police force use red/blue while the paramedics use all blue, same with the fire engines. I would prefer for the paramedics to use red/white, fire dept. to use mainly red and a bit of white, the police to use red/blue/white while the low-profile/undercover/high ranked ones (like the SWAT or FBI in US) to use all blue. I am happy with the utility vehicles to use amber. Looks nice and proper for me

Check your ELS.ini and your VCF file(vehicle config. file) for that specific vehicle(s). It could be caused by some options, parameters and such...

I know this has been asked before, but a long time has passed since that happened. Does anyone have anything new about this particular script, like a new video, progress and such? Just wanted to ask. P.S: I have read the whole topic already. Just wanted to learn if there was anything new. P.P.S: I do not have an intention to rush the developers or annoy anyone. Sorry if it seems like that...

I personally think it is a great idea to do something like this. Good luck Some good skins would be NYPD based precint, highway patrol skins along with supervisor skins, traffic patrol skins. A Liberty state park ranger based on Los Angeles Park Ranger would also be good. Also, liberty county sheriff skins would be good. In addition to these, a new liberty state police based on NYSP or alderney state trooper based on New Jersey State Trooper would be nice. Also, some NOOSE skins including Border Patrol, FPS, tactical response unit would be nice. These are all that I can think of now. Good luck again.

Even though it is a hard choice, I think Michael's ability to slow down time is my favorite special ability since it lets you to have more time to think, aim, shoot and correct in case you failed to take your target(s) down and I am a fan of accurate shooting rather than shooting in a rage mood, but I like both. About Franklin's advanced reflexes behind the wheel of a car is useful and I like it, however GTAV vehicles are easy enough to be kept under control and they are like a tank on wheels, which makes this ability somehow less useful than the other two skills. Even though they are close to each other for the best one, Michael's ability is my personal favourite one by a little notch. EDIT: Thanks for your patience for reading the whole post.

If using GTAIV, police3,police4 and policeb slots are not being used by default, but can have working non els emergency vehicles with sirens, all that needs to be done is to simply ADD the car and either use the model name police3, police4 or policeb when adding(not replacing) the emergency vehicle.

I think this will be one of the best mod that is being developed. I am really amazed!
