The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default: 


Now, add to the bottom of that part
PreLoadAllModels=TrueThe "Main" part should now look like this:

If you look under "Main" in the LCPDFR.ini file you can add additional cop car models. 
[Main] AdditionalCopCarModels=

I see. Create a file called commandline.txt in your GTA IV directory and add the following lines
-novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict

Try a vanilla install / no high poly car mods. Multiple mods will cause instability and crash your game.

Does it help if you disable world events with the police helper? It's toggleable in the ini file.

It should work just fine, just skip using that file if you want the manual taser to work. You can, however use it and see if it works this time around.

*GTA IV is unstable. LCPDFR is working flawless for me. The hotfix is out now btw, try it. 

Well Cyron43, your issue is not LCPDFR related, so nothing for us to reproduce. You just have a bad setup, we can't do anything about it.

We live in times where MSIL code can be converted to full source and people obfuscate their software to prevent stealing...
