    well i bought gta iv on steam installed lcpdfr / els - ELS doesnt work then i installed Native trainer thing and idk how to open it i press alt m and it just spawns a car can anyone help me im new to all of this stuff and im just cluless

    I recently bought Gta 4 on steam saw a install video did the extact same . then i starte the game and i twas just regular gta there was no LCPD Mod? can anyone please help?
