GTA Native trainer wont work

well i bought gta iv on steam installed lcpdfr / els - ELS doesnt work

then i installed Native trainer thing and idk how to open it i press alt m and it just spawns a car

can anyone help me im new to all of this stuff and im just cluless

 

Disable the trainer keybindings by going to GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1. Then ELS will work. Also, you need ELS enabled cars for ELS to work. You can find that in our download section here.

ok thanks just changed it and i  do have els installed idk what to do?

um idk? i downloaded vpd car pack and installed it with openiv?

i have done this i went to game and it wouldnt open the menu? i presses alt m
