After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. Some bugs here and there but minor enough for the average modeler to fix. Anyways I thank all the people who have contributed to the models in so many ways. It means alot. And I thank the community for it's support and the models they make. It's what keeps this community running. Thank y'all and take care.

Hey there! This is by far the most accurate pack I've ever made and here it is!
 
The amount of time that went into this project is absolutely insane. But I think it was worth it!
The CHP is my favorite department, so I'ts pretty understandable why I had to do this.

The front and rear of the lightbar can be controlled independently, resulting in a lot of realistic combinations
Animated parts (keys, exhaust, antennas)

And a whole bunch of small details most of you will never notice
 
These cars require an unedited carvariation.meta!!!
If you don't have it, the lighting will be messed up.

Blaine County Sheriff's Office Pack
 
This is a pack created by myself and in collaboration with @Jedahdiah. This was created with input from him and myself, going for a little bit old style and different setup. Brown, yellow and white are the main colours this helps it stand out we feel. I thin this is all this pack needs to be explained. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Figured I would make a light pack as a second release. These were loosely based on Whelen Avengers and The TAD series Traffic Advisors
 
The lights with suction cups are supposed to be mounted on the windows. The others can be placed in the visor area, etc. Feel free to edit, change to however you like though
 
The textures for the emissives, etc may not be the best. Feel free to change them, re texture. Do whatever you like. The lights are also not scaled, scale them however you like, they aren't made for anyone to critique you on if they are too big, too small, etc do as you wish for scaling
 
All emissives are detached as a single object for you to attach together and make your own patterns. The 4, 6, and 8 module TA's are all textured yellow, if you want make them red and blue, whatever you like
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, etc. Just credit me for the work is all

A new helicopter to fit right into the landscape of San Andreas. This Super Puma is used in real life by the LASD (albeit in a slightly different configuration). It comes with a lore friendly Los Santos skin by default, but Los Angeles textures are included seperately.
 
This helicopter has full (proper) LOD models and collision meshes. Dirt mapping, bullet holes, glass breaking is possible as well. PNWParksFan made a custom layout allowing several peds inside the helicopter. Landing gear, lights and cockpit instruments are functional.
 
Comes in its own Add-On archive.

Well, I kinda did a skin of this a while ago and just never did anything with it. I looked through some old files and came across them and decided I should do a pack. Glad I did as I really like the colours on the all black. Please enjoy and have fun.
