Max Payne 3!!
When it comes to being competitive in this age of game developing I find its the details that make the difference in games from going from good to great. You know I wasn't really impressed with MP3. I thought the storyline was great, it followed suit with the Noir sense of the Payne series, but I found myself watching cutscenes more than I was actually playing. Although the cutscenes were stylistically created in a very gritty manner, I also saw that it was not really as refined as I was hoping it would be. There were times when textures popped into view, or even a few occurances of missing textures (liquid in glass, and other fine details) which honestly is inexcusible from a developer the caliber of Rockstar. I was also hoping for some better enviornmental sounds as far as gun sounds, ricochets, etc. I just think a lot more could have been done from that perspective to enhance the enviornmental experience of the game. Physics was also an area of concern too. Which I understand is one of the hardest things for a dev. to work on. But I the physics of the glass breaking, ragdoll also seemed a little off too. It would have been nice to see the mapping of how a entity reacts based on where you shoot it. Again, I know thats extremely hard to map out. I know I pointed out a lot of really small things but I just was left hoping for more from rockstar on this... anyone else feel the same?

Amb. 2.2X Lights
Correct, I understand that's its a non-els ambulance. But it appears as though somehow rex was able to get the yellow lights to rotate as well. However on the non-els Amb. 2.2x this is not supported. I was just curious if he was using a different version of the ambulance that I wasn't aware of?

Amb. 2.2X Lights
Hey everyone I watched one of RexTex's videos a while back and absolutely loved the clarity and quality of the lights on his ambulance. From what it looks like he was using Luxarts (non-ELS) Ambulance 2.2x. However for the life of me I cannot get the lightbar on the back of of my ambulance (specifically the yellow warning lights) to rotate like they do on his video below. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how he was able to do this? I realize he is also using Team Neo's paramedic mod, which I have installed as well and can still not mimic this effect.

Rotating Police Lights (Non-ELS)
Hey everyone, I have some non-els cars that have the halogen light bars on them. However, what I've noticed is if I don't place these vehicles in anything other than the Police or Police2 car slots then the halogen lights do not rotate the lights just blink instead. Hopefully that makes sense. Does anyone know how to make the amb, pstockade, nstockade, FBI, and noose slots allow the lights to rotate like the Police, or Police2 car slots? I'm not sure if its something I need to edit in the vehicles.img file or vehicles.ide file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

FIB Agents
I'm guessing you implemented the changes using SparkIV? Did you press rebuild when you imported your new textures?

What is the countdown for?
Let's all just be friends I was thinking about what this countdown could be and came up with a hypothesis. Since the devs have always been thoughtful enough to ask for our feedback on the mod and what we would like to see in future versions, perhaps this is what the countdown is all about. At the end of the countdown there's going to be a specific list of features that the devs are planning on including in .95, but they are allowing the community to choose what features are implemented and what features are left for future versions. Just a thought.....

What do you want to see more of in LCPDFR?
I have to admit this thread has been an emotional rollercoaster; I laughed, I cried, I vomited, oh and I found $5!

Noose
Or if you have simple trainer you could always go into the model spawning menu, then go to walk style at the bottom, and change it to "walk cop" (I think that's what its called)

Found a MONSTER laptop!
hmmm Interesting, I have one of their XPS M1730's and I've burned through 3 video cards Nvidia cards. Be sure to get a chill mat for it, dell is notorious for making systems that do not ventilate properly.

Found a MONSTER laptop!
So where did you find a laptop like that for that cheap? My only concern if its not coming from a vendor and one of those pieces of hardware goes out then you're gonna be paying out of pocket. Sounds like a sweet machine though

How do i get the mod to start in the game?
You should at least take Roman to the apartment and wait till all the initial cut scenes finish. I usually just finish the first mission as well so I don't have to wait for the tutorial to finish every time I start the game.

LCPDFR Online
Having ELS enabled in multiplayer is also a very big issue as well, its known to crash everyone or several people at a time.

Forum & Game suggestions
Under your game suggestions to resolve your second request; you can download the new Traffic Control mod Traffic Control System This will do the following: - Spawns all types of vehicles - A known issue is that cars sometimes will spawn in awkward locations. I've experienced it, but its not annoying enough or often enough for me to want to take it off. The first suggestion you made in the game suggestions could prove problematic. Once you get a certain number of AI vehicles using ELS at a time a crash ultimately becomes inevitable. I must pass at least 5-15 police cars during any given chase, can you imagine how much memory that would take to have that many cars helping you? HOWEVER, you can call for backup during a pursuit in LCPDFR by pressing F10. I don't think the LCPDFR dev's can do anything about the AI driving capabilities, so once you notice that you've lost your backup either press F10 again, or wait until you and the perp vehicle has stopped and press ALT B to have backup dispatched from your location.
