  1. Question about speed/civilians & radars

    So... Am I the only one who can only do radar enforcement on the highways? That's the only times they ever go over 70! Lol. Is there any fix for this? Maybe script wise or anything like that. I haven't seen it. Anyone! Can anyone help me with this maybe? I've been trying to get this settled so I can do enforcement on other roads. Traffic just drives so slow.
