  1. I LOVE Modding! Basically, thats it.But still its something more.I NEVER use my own modifications as I literally hate them so much,I can't even manage to live with them for 2 days. And then, yes, there are some modders who think they're the Gods of modding. And that applies for the non-police modders too.I won't name anybody (one reason for that is there are multiple of them, not a handful of 'em). But I'd like to refrain from being dragged into any topic that's about them (not their mods) and their habits.Even we see people like these in real life, who cross that *thin* line between smartness and oversmartness immersed so much in their pride which eventually grows up to transform only into attitude/ego. Hey,Slimory! Good to see ya back, lad!
  2. Try running at lowest settings.Make a new text document "commandline.txt" in GTA:IV root directory, and write -safemode I hope this would do.Although,I DO NOT recommend doing this if you have a laptop.A desktop machine could've survived with that much stress, but running a poorly optimised games like IV on a "not meant for" laptop is highly risky.Your machine could blow up,lad.I'd say give it up.Go for SA.Its as much fun (even more in some aspects).
  3. .NET4? I got these problems in the past too.Still, its difficult to remote diagnose another guy,ya know...
  4. I am using the forum as well as the mod for months LOL! Why wouldn't I link it,man?
  5. And you're done? I always keep modding my cars.At any given time,my game has 32+ vehicles modded.
  6. First off,you need SparkIV to extract the police signs from the .wtd file. Then paint 'em all with pure black.Easy as it looks-fill the layer with black in Paint.Net.Even a 5-year old would do it.Now,again go into .wtd and replace the previous ones with your painted ones. Secondly, nobody,I said nobody is a noob. Everybody is a winner. And don't you forget it.
  7. Maybe because you guys don't mod vehicles more often?
  8. I'm also getting "OfficerHotStuff" instead of my name in my police computer.Whats goin' on?
  9. I don't know why but most of the misunderstandings on the forum take place between me,JAM and TomH LOL!! And I'm the common one always hahahaha!!
  10. Why on earth would I say anything to OP? It was for this dumbass commentator.I guess he comments on his mom's figure misaking it for someone else too.Bloody *views*whores!
  11. I think you're correct.I've,too, never found any non-ELS cars by him despite numerous efforts.Ekalb will be more than sad. Anyways,@Justin: I DO have the rar file for '10 Expedition. But I'd like to tell you what happened that day: I first visited BayCityRPG & after a lot of searching, found the cars.I clicked the link for '10 Expedition and downloaded it.I had something in mind,so I deleted one of my folders and went to bed.Next day,I searched for the file and facepalmed on my behalf,as I had accidently deleted the file last night.I again visited the site and ALAS! The link's no more working.I tried half the day, again and again but nothing! So I downloaded a recovery software and finally, got my hands on it.Also,I could barely get the Taurus Interceptor as the link was hidden deep inside. Anyways, enough with chit-chat.If you want the link,pm me.I'm sure Yak won't mind. The cars were released for us to use indeed. And we thank him for that.
  12. Listen man,I dunno if people took this vid real seriously because if they did,and the comments were positive in nature,I will assume that half the population on this planet is nothing but assholes.Anybody with a normal healthy human mind can easily tell at least one of the cars shown in the video, which Grand Theft Auto NEVER features in any of its games.Secondly, those who have played IV might know the places shown as well as they know their neighborhood.Thirdly, anybody with a modding instinct can easily tell why we could add the name of a person named Boris Vorontsov in the credits of this video. And I am saying all this just after watching the video's first 4 seconds.
  13. Umm...No--not,really.Its just that I could get VLC to play in direct 3d desktop mode before, after reinstalling windows,I don't know what I missed, but now I can't do the same. Anyways, guys,I found the problem due to which: Motherf***ing EPM! I was just browsing the net a minute ago and tried to reinstall EPM V1.5 as I did before going college that day.And I found a comment from a guy there: Thats exactly what was happening with me.DAMN! It was EPM... :wallbash:
  14. Never mind, buddy.I think you were just confused as words cannot be typed with tones.
  15. It IS Yakadafi's.
  16. Here you go: 05FordExpeditionV1.0.rar"]http://files.enjin.com/26557/GTA_IV_mods/Police_Car_Mods/Vehicle_Models/[REL]05FordExpeditionV1.0.rar Just take out the skins and paint 'em black.Or if you can't,leave it to me
  17. Not really.I have MW2,AC:B,CS:CZ,NFS:HP 2010 & NFS: The Run.They all run without a hitch.I dunno why but just GTA is a bit of problematic thing.Maybe because its poorly optimized.
  18. Nikolai has a youtube channel as well. And we all know it.Don't we?
  19. Who? Me? I was just answering the guy above me that he is making fun of Nutt, instead of thanking him for the helpful post he made.
  20. From your accent,I assumed you are European.Am I right,Nikolai?
