That's a Vision SLR, not a Vector. -
This. You always want good clean power running to your system. Also, lower end brands advertise false wattages on their products sometimes. You might not be getting the full input you expect. Moreover, don't get a better GPU if you will be sticking with the i3, as the i3 will hold back the potential of a better GPU. If you're planning to return the i3 however, I would highly suggest dropping the SSD and stepping up your GPU.
