It should stay private considering the actual owner and creator of the velocity likes to start lawsuits when his content is released. -
Needs work. You should have spent more time trying to line up lines, such as the points where the rear bumper meets the fenders. It's also lacking details that the real demo car has. -

Marine uniform is officer variant but has an NCO (Sgt) insignia on it? Army doesn't use olive green ASU's anymore; we switched to black/blue/gold ASU. Also the service hat isnt generally worn with our ASU's, but rather the black beret for big Army, tan beret for Rangers, maroon beret for airborne units, and green beret for SF. -
He has permissions to use it. Others have released with the bumper on it as well. -

Not an LAPD version...? What? All Bearcats are the same. The department doesn't make them. They are modified Ford trucks. Look at any picture of a Bearcat. This file is not a Bearcat.

It's not a bad model, but you shouldn't label it as a Lenco Bearcat. It doesn't look similar in the slightest.
