it's a play on Boulder City. Why would anyone yell at you for that? That's retarded. California calls Barstow a "city" and it's a joke of a place. I hate people sometimes.

I got scored down for it, lmao. I based my liveries on Granger Texas, which only has a population of 1475 yet their cars still say "City of Granger" on them. I don't know, it just urked me.

It varies from state to state. NYS loves their different names (hamlet, village, town, city, etc). California only uses the term "city." As does Texas, IIRC. People are ignorant and it shows. They need to get over themselves.
