I download a Area Livery 2.0 and CZGA skin pack and I install it and change the alm.ini and i follow the installation guide and getting done and when in game nothing happens i go in Alderney it's still Broker dukes and same in Bohan and Algonquin. Anybody here can help me? Please? Update : It's Working but when i go to algonquin the skin is alderney and when i go to alderney the skin is bohan and when i go to bohan the skin is algonquin.

So My cousin build his new pc last week it's a budget build, you know if budget build you will get a Low End PC, so he buy a GTA IV in steam,and it's works great and were gonna put some mod's like LCPDFR 1.0D and ELS V8 And car's and enb and others. And he thinks that putting a enb make els looks good and make the game graphics look great but he said the problem is my PC it's low end. Can Someone make this, because i love this speedometer and other people too. And the old CVPI speedometer by o!nko!nk is good too but thats the old crown vic speedometer. And i think other people in this community want to get the new CVPI speedometer. Please Can someone make this.
