GPU : 4x ASUS GeForce® GTX 780 DirectCU II GDDR5 3GB ( quad gpu )

RAM : 4x Corsair Vengeance® — 32GB Dual/Quad Channel DDR3 Memory Kit

Case : Cooler Master Cosmos SE - Mid Tower Computer Case with High-End Water Cooling Support

HDD : Seagate 4TB 3.5" SATA x5 = 25 TB

SSD : INTEL 240GB 530 SSD 2.5" SATA hard drive x2 = 480GB

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Yes, it should do. To be honest those Specs are probably decent enough to run GTA V when it comes to PC (i say probably because no-one knows the PC specs for the game).. So you should tun GTA 4 with ICEnhancer quite smoothly.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me
