Im using ELS with modded cars and a few scripts

Im sure LCPDFR isn't active when i try. i have tried forcing a wanted level with the trainer but it won't let me be wanted

When i don't have LCPDFR on i can't get stars i uninstalled it and i was able to be wanted again The only way i can be wanted again is if i uninstall it which i don't want to do

I have tried A LOT of times to get wanted i have shot a cop and i didn't even get a star. Can you guys still get wanted
