  1. You can create one with EUP menu. Just save it on the wardrobe. I can chare my item list if you want. And if you know how to work on photoshop, you can even create the Fugitive Warrant Agent identifiers too. pretty simple tbh
  2. yeah its true, it would be pretty dope to have such concept. would really standout as a mod
  3. you ve been watching Patty Mayo and/or Bounty Hunter D havent you?
  4. So I've been posting a lot of stuff in this section about my ELS not working properly. I thought I fixed it twice but it seems when I get it to work and try again, the solution goes *puff* and it wont work anymore. So basically most times when I press J or Left on DPad on my DS4 to change stages on ELS, the lights pop first and the audio "blip" comes second, with at least 1 second delay. Problem is if I dont respect that period that can vary from 1 second to 3, I cant press anything otherwise it will stutter. Hell sometimes I just press the airhorn as a really quick press and it stutters. Its very unstable and inconsistent. The same stuff happen with SmartRadio. I switch options first, then I hear the audio clip second. Only this one is not that upsetting since it doesnt stutter my game. And yeah it stutters sometimes EVEN WITHOUT pressing an ELS button or SmartRadio. Is this a game version thing? Am I pratically fuc*** until the next game update? I've tried using a older ScriptHook, worked once, never again like I said.
  5. You may suffer a panic attack without any prior. He was probably hit by suprise too, like Predatorz said, it may have been his first gunpoint situation. So I guess it was his only time. Some officers puke, some faint, some bleed from the nose... You cant expect to nail anything at first... at least not without luck so obviously you're too nervous. Some people have a panic attack as often as we catch a cold and some may never experience in a lifetime. But there are those in the middle. Maybe a suspension and a medical evaluation would be the most apropriate. We dont need to go all crazy based on one video. And it was halfway the process so I would say its just from the adrenaline dump... But I agree that the paramedic was badass AF. Taking care of the officer, telling the woman to STFU and keeping the suspect at gunpoint with one hand. Definition of badass
  6. The no chase policy should only be placed active on school hours and near them. Also rush hour. If its 2PM and not a school area, cops should stop these thugs imediately.
  7. LSPDFR is very mature, love it. But yeah theres so much information in just one scandal, wth is happening at LA? Also 15 YO cadet? Please enlight me but isnt that part of the Police Explorers program?
  8. Mind if I ask what is your role in Law Enforcement? Im just curious, always good to have experienced members Concerning your setup, it cant get better than that. I have a i7-6700k overclocked with a founders 1080. Your values will round the same as mine. So I can tell you you'll be able to run at 80 FPS average at vanilla or small visual mods, fully stacked on plugins. Hell I even hit 100 sometimes. Just make sure to make your game lightweight at all times, be cautious with the mods you put in and always keep it clean, without waste files. About the SSD, I have a 500 gb and I only use it for Windows and other programs. Theres literally no need unless you want a few seconds spared on loading times. Just make sure your HDD runs at 7200 RPM for GTA 5. Otherwise put it on SSD. But I would recommend you getting one anyway. Maybe a 120GB, just so the OS works perfectly... But dont expect any FPS boost with an SSD. Like I said it will only help you on loading times

Don't worry, that wont cause any major issue. Its just warning you that is outdated
  10. Only one vehicle? Have you done any visualsettings modifications?
  11. Best moderator around ahah
  12. Cool. Thats some weird bug then
  13. I was having an issue with the new ScriptHook. I've noticed this version is completely fu****. My ELS would stutter my game, plugins would crash,... its a mass AND I KNOW, I shouldn't do this with other people's files and mods but I can hook you up with the previous version ScriptHook, Advanced and dinput8. I personally think dinput8 is fine. What you need to change is advancedhookV and scripthook. Ill PM you.
  14. I get that but it will also make other vehicles crash into your from the other direction or adjacent... not very realistic either way
  15. For that issue, the best option I can suggest to you is grab an Unlocked vehicle and make it yourself with an unlocked radar. That will require 3D modeling expertise.
  16. But that happens natively with LSPDFR + ELS. You target the vehicle (shift), then whenever the situation seems fit, light up Stage 3 and honk the airhorn. Or you're not talking about traffic stops? Either way is broken so you gotta make a choice. Stability vs. Feature
  17. Thats nearly impossible. It will require a huge effort on PhotoShop to fit it exactly on a CVPI. And even so, those models need templates. On the install folder you downloaded, is the template of the vehicle included?
  18. does your mods folder contain the "update" folder? If so verify if you installed the cars in x64 INSIDE THE UPDATE folder instead of the standalone x64. I had the same problem as you first
  19. Do you have any .lua file?
  20. Then that method won't work. The game won't start if you have two different versions. My suggestion would be backing up your mods and reinstall your game on a different file location. BUT before anything else try to create a commandline.txt file on your GTA 5 folder and simply write -windowed . Save it and try to launched. If it doesnt work, do above.
  21. Believe me, if you have Traffic Control it won't be an issue. No one uses that feature because theres just better ways now. So set it to false. Rather have no peds crashing on a very stupid fashion than one less feature... imo
  22. @Kallus Rourke HUGE UPDATE So I finally solved it by installing the old ScriptHookV and Advanced Hook that I luckly still had on my laptops. If anyone else reports this issue, please Kallus tell them to contact me so I can provide them an outdated Scripthook that is still able to do everything without issues. I know I shouldnt distribute things from other people but this new SH is just broken. At least tag me
  23. For those who updated scripthook since its last update, havent you realized that everything stutters when you press a command of a certain plugin? Hell even my ELS cant run smoothly now. Can someone that is specialized in this kind of stuff tell me if this is a Scripthook issue or just another f-up by rockstar when it concerns to moding? I mean I cant even refresh my game without the worry of having everything unstable? I mentioned ELS but PoliceRadio suffers the same. For those who dont have a clue what the hell Im gibering about, download the new scripthook and youll see. Obviously save your current version. You sure dont want a screwed up ASI library...
  24. Ill try. Not optimistic tho So yeah same results. I mean its not constant but sometimes I want stage 3 right away and shit lags. Its annoying and ruins the flow, thats why im so pissed. Specially when I spent around 2000$ on a PC so i could run this the smoothest as possible... Specially with all these great new plugins we just got
