I have tried that version as well, no luck :( Did that. I also tried running as Windows 7 and still won't let me.

I recently bought a new OS Windows 8.1. Installed all the updates, new netframework and everything up to date. When I install a model into GTA IV, it always says Error from Vehicle Mod Installer or I was to install it manually in Spark, it says it cannot be saved or rebuild. Has anyone had issues Modding in Windows 8?

I have tried the LCPDFR mod on its own and it's more stable for half hour, which is good. I'll need to add one mod at a time and see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for the reply. Charlie.

I don't normally ask for help but this is starting to get ridiculous. I don't normally give up so easily, but I am running out of options, and exhausted. Here's the instructions while I install these mods: 1. Install LCPDFR 1.0c (manually Install) 2. Install the native trainer 6.5 3. Install ELS 8.0 4. Vision ENB 5. Double Doppler's Police Car Pack (ELS 8) Here's a picture of my GTA IV Folder Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you :)

I am looking for a dedicated modder who would have the time to make my local police car? No one has made the Ford Focus 2013 version yet. I am using DD's police cars and I am asking if it's possible to see all blue lights reflecting? When I have the blue and red lights going on, I seem to have more red lights glowing. It's hard to describe what I am saying haha! Help me out guys :)

I have been searching for an unmarked undercover jaguar police car that was used in the series Line Of Duty BBC 2. Here's the beauty: and if you go to 50 seconds in the video, you can see her. She has her lights flashing on the inside window on the front of the car and the two light bars inside the bonnet on the front. Has there been one made or in the process of being made? Anything you can give me on the details or where I can get it? Would be fantastic!

I've just found the ELS script and it has ' Ai_ELS_SP = 0' Do I change that to 1 or something? And Yes I have the vehicles that are ELS and not non els.
