  4. Hi all, I have a dell xps 720 (I know it's old) and I am trying to figure out why it can't handle gta iv very well. I have lcpdfr installed and all the usual trainer and uk police cars installed too. The game runs at 20 frames or lower in the city area and 30 max by the sea roads. Would anyone be able to tell me why it is not working well and if so what can I do to fix it? Also if nothing can be done what is a reasonable priced computer that i could get in Scotland? Specs: Dell xps 720 Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6800(quad core) 500gb hard drive Nvidia gtx 650 8gb ram Thanks in advance Alex
