If you are crashing when the game is starting you need to run the game as a Administrator. That or you have to many mods causing this problem.

By looking at your report you don't have a ASI loader, and you also need C++ and .Net Frame Work.

I have some what of a similar problem. It's got to be a memory leak, but mine doesn't bother me at all, the only thing I get is like the roads fade away. The only thing you can do is uninstall some mods, etc and should fix your problem. Judging by you have 10 cars plus extra that is a big toll on your system especially if they are high poly mods.

I have mine on the desktop to. All I do is open the program, do the steps above and my files show up perfectly. I can't seem to find the cause for you, it's got me stumped.

Just a suggestion. There is times I don't run the game as a admin and I don't have problems. But does sound like a mod at fault. Especially the higher poly mods can cause.

Seems like a legit group to me, this is my kind of style. I've always loved roleplaying but always found it hard to do it in games a lot. Especially because someone always ruined it on someone. Hm well that is really weird, I have never faced that problem. I mean you are using SparkIV for version 1.0.7.0 and you are running the program as a Admin right?

For SparkIV all you have to do is click Browse > models > cdimages > vehicles.img > import > Find your car wtd and wft files > click save then that's it.

Are you running any mods on the game at all besides LCPD:FR? Also are you running the game as a Administrator. Running the game as Administrator a lot of times helps. Also if you are getting errors with stuff like this, you can try and press the ` key which is next to the 1 key and in the command console type in reloadscripts. One you do that reactivate LCPD:FR (ALT + P) then force duty again with (CTRL + P)

It depends on what mods you are using. Some peoples computers can handle the mods better while others can't. How many mods are you using, such as ELS, Police Cars, Radar, Skins, ETC.

Ok so all you need to do now is download just dsound, and then download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and then Microsoft Visual C++ and you are all set to play. Are you running the game as a Administrator? Also do you have and Mods on your game?

What exactly are your PC Specs? Sometimes when that error occurs, it could be a lot of things running in the background of your computer. I have also faced this problem on my computer and I know for a fact my PC maxs the specs of this game. So I just reset the computer back to factory and reinstalled the game and it worked perfectly fine for me.

While installing the mod I have quoted a sentence out of a topic Break has posted: "Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues"

Well the only people who can answer that would be the G17 team. Me I would assume if GTA 5 is out and LCPD:FR still needs updated, I don't think G17 team will just stop it all together. Then again I can be wrong. This question all lies on the G17 team as they are the ones with the answers.
