Ok so i installed the C++ update. Removed LCPDFR re installed it and set the gta 4 as admin and ran the launch as admin, But it still crashed for some reason.

Hey guys. I recently re installed my gta 4 so i can have a fresh folder to install mods. The problem is it crashes everytime it loads into the game. The weird part is that i use the g17 diagnostic tool and it says im missing lcpdfr files, but the thing is that its there in the folder.
