You know that's just odd. I've installed LCDPFR numerous times with no problems. I did a fresh install of GTA IV a day or two ago, and now all of a sudden I get that error too. And I did like you said about not linking my account and it worked. Wtf? And if anyone asks to make sure I did like Break did in the video, yes, I even did that. The thing is, I never had to do it like that before, and even then, it didn't work. Every time I unchecked read-only in my GTA IV folder, it would do just that. Then when I checked it again seconds later, read-only was checked again.

Press [ button and you'll be in Take Down mode or whatever it's called and the lights wont flash, but will be on, and your car can get damaged. -
While responding to a CODE 3, a RI State Trooper lost control of his vehicle and went off a cliff and landed on to the off-ramp by Aqn-Dks Expwy, Beechwood City. He's been listed in critical condition.

Hi I'm using RageDevEnb which you can download here http://files.gtagaming.com/www/files/uploads/1353921368_RageDevENBv1.2.rar and yes it looks pretty good with Els. Edit: My bad, the pics/video on gta-4 I was using Direct Graphics V1 which made me lose 20 FPS sometimes. It's for 1.0.4.0 The one I'm using now is the RageDevEnb for 1.0.7.0 and it looks awesome. Constant 55 FPS. Here's a pic.
