THANKS SO MUCH! The only thing is I don't want to build a computer. My limit for desktops are $400. I was kind of planning to download it on steam but i'm not sure. Do you think I can just put a better graphics card in my computer or will it not accept it? If I can't what type of desktop should I get? I would get alienware but its just too much money for me.

Yeah sorry I just want to know EVERYTHING before i download it because if i download the game and it doesnt work then its worthless. So i decided not to use laptop and use a real desktop that i forgot about in my basement. Hey, I have a Windows Vista Home Premium that meets all the requirements in able to play GTA IV. The only thing is that it is a laptop and doesn't have a video card. Does any of you know if that would matter or not? I can NOT wait to play some LCPDFR. Does your game lag when you play start to play?

I have a windows 8 laptop and want to get LCPDFR on it but I don't know if it will run correctly like you said. But do you know if a Vista Windows 7 laptop work with LCPDFR or will it just be better to get an actual computer that you can put a good video card and graphic card in?

I have 1.5 Ghz but the minimum is 1.8 Ghz, does that still matter or will it still work?
