I'm from croatia ! We cant speak english . Those skins are bad. 2/5. You not using the real font for POLICIJA and you need to chose cars with similar lightbar like our Cro police.. Look my mods and you will see about what i'm telling to you..

First, try to update the graphics driver to the latest version, if you have mods installed uninstall them then try play, if that does not work try verify game files.

which version are you using? I have version 1.5 and work just fine, btw at the first start software automatically determines path to the game.
