Hello guys , so my question is : if I buy the GTA 4 : Complete Edition , can I install gta 4 only , without the ballad of gay tony and the lost and damned? (I'll buy them on steam)

What do you mean you'll buy them on Steam? They're included when you purchase the complete edition. You don't have to install EFLC.

Aw so I can install them like... For example I buy the Complete Edition , can I install only GTA 4? And 1 more question : If I buy only GTA 4 I can use LCPDFR?

Pretty sure. GTA IV/EFLC can be installed seperately.

 

LCPDFR works with either of them.

I also bought the complete edition and yes you can install them separately.
