    okay the computer specs are acer aspire 5552 AMD athlon II P340 Dual-Core Processer 2.20 GHz 4.00 GB (3.74 GB Used) Windows 7 premium

    yes, yes idk, and it comppletely installs its but it wont run the game.

    everytime i install lcpdfr gta iv eflc wont start. i run the application and nothing happens. i uninstall gta and reinstall it and run it normaly (which takes about an hour to an hour and thirty minutes) im fustrated on why this is happening. i'v installed it before but i resently got a new computer and dont know whats going on. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks
