PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks

Are you running the installer and the game as an Administrator? Is it a legal copy of the game? What are your computer specs? What does the log from the troubleshooter say?

okay the computer specs are

acer

aspire 5552

AMD athlon™ II P340 Dual-Core Processer 2.20 GHz

4.00 GB (3.74 GB Used)

Windows 7 premium

That's not really a gaming laptop, and GTA IV is a very demanding game. You should buy a new computer instead!
