    Sorry for caps but please READ!!! YOU MUST TURN IT ON IN THE ELS CONFIG SETTINGS!!! OPEN THE ELS FILE IN NOTEPAD AND SCROLL DOWN IT'LL SAY POLICE, POLICE2, NOOSE ECT. BUT IT'S OFF BY DEFAULT CHANGE "OFF" TO "ON"

    This is my first upload to LCPDFR, and I'm a beginner at making textures, so please any tips will help! This is the first time that Chicago will be using Dodge Chargers, they are currently in testing and only working with Traffic Section of the department. I have not seen any Chicago police skins for the Dodge Charger so I decided to make it and let you all enjoy it!
