Fixed the vehicle so the doors now work properly (Thank you to LSPDFR user @Elope for the how to)
Fixed the vehicle doors so they open properly without making the truck bounce.
(As of this Version NO KNOWN issues). If you find any please leave them in the comments for me to investigate.

So I started to notice with @Albo1125 new update to his Arrest Manager script that when I was towing vehicles away it was making more use of the Flatbed Tow Truck instead of the regular tow truck. So I decided to make a Ford Flatbed Tow Truck so I could have another custom truck to match with my other Tow Truck model.
 
So I bring to you a 2008 Ford F-550 Flatbed Tow Truck with a 4k Livery for AAA Tow Trucks that is setup for ELS and makes use of the ELS Arrowboard Function. I've included TWO versions of the model. I've included an AI version that leaves the board in the standing position (As AI tow's don't flip up the board and utilize it with ELS) and Human Version which is the one you can see in the demo video below.
 
*NOTE*
If you find any other issues other than the known issues please leave them in the comments section below so I may address them.
 
-What this file comes with-
- AI Version (The board is already in the up position as AI don't utilize the Arrow Board Function of ELS)
- AI Version without the Arrow Board (In case you don't like it).
- Human Version (This one is in the demo video below. It is setup to utilize the Arrow Board Function but will not work unless you are driving the Truck)
- My ELS File Setup for the vehicle so that the Arrow board Works properly.
- A Template so YOU TO Can Create Your Own Liveries or To Add to this one
- 4K Livery that is on the vehicle already assigned
 
 
-Known Issues-
-Doors do not open. You simply just pop out and back in when entering and exiting the truck. Fix is unknown at this point. If you know send me a PM and i'll address it. I don't know how much I'll pursue fixing it as I usually just call for a tow truck rather than operate it so the driver doesn't get out anyways to where it won't bother me.

So kind of had Creators block for a HWY and Paleto bay pack I wanna work on so I took on this request to make a Hearse Police Car (Yea no seriously lol)
 
The only stipulations were that it be an unmarked unit (Template included for anyone that wants it to be marked lol), a slicktop unit, and that it was all blues (Blue and White combo).
 
So in case anyone else like @Kallus Rourke thought it would be funny/fun to patrol in a Hearse just to have something different LOL here's your chance!

Hey Everyone, 

So I got tired of filming my LSPDFR Episodes for my YouTube Channel and seeing all the Golf Carts out in Blaine County with no license plates on them (Real ones anyways)and having a valid reason to pull them over for it. 

Where I live in Southern California there is a law that allows you to register your golf cart to use on city streets however its only in certain cities that it is allowed (Mostly Older/Senior Living Communities) and you see the things all the time at the grocery store and being driven around town by older folks but with obvious restrictions (No Freeways, Blocking Lanes or Flow of Traffic)(AND IF YOUR WONDERING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE DRIVERS USUALLY LOL). 

So This is a Real Simple Edit. Just add's a License Plate on the back and front of the caddy2 model. BUT WAIT, THEIRS MORE,  The Front and Rear License Plates are 1 Extra (extra3) so sometimes you will see vehicles in violation with no License Plates(May have to change the car variation file to get it to work properly) so you may still get a valid reason for no plates but they will physically not be there instead. 
 
-Admin please move if the "Misc" Section wasn't the valid place to upload this to. I figured it would be vehicle models but as simple as it is I didn't want to clutter the Vehicle Model section with this small and simple edit.

Model is unlocked because not much was done to create this.

So while watching @Jeff Favignano , @Bayareabuggs , and DK Daves Video of DOJ recently an episode that had me rollin was them driving around in the prison bus as a Yellow Jac party bus and had mention how it would be nice to paint it ( My other template pack has that bus uv map with a template  and anyone is welcome to use it https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/air-port-service-and-service-vehicles-template-pack ).
 
But that got me thinking on another topic as well. There isn't any Party Bus's (That I know of Anyways) uploaded for mod downloading. So I decided to see if it was something I could even remotely try to tackle using just Rockstar pieces off the LST bus and to my surprise, I was able to take the LST Bus and transform it into a Party Bus inside and out (Yea Crazy Idea I know lol).
 
So Today I bring you the LST Bus however it has been transformed into a Party Bus for those looking to throw a party with all there friends (And don't worry the beer's on ice already ;) ).

Pros:
-UNLOCKED USE IT AS YOU WISH!
-Multi-Livery Ready already in case you want multiple paint jobs (Except glass). Just need to apply the correct CarVariation settings for it (FLAGS).
-UV Map Windows and Paint (Sorry if its a bad job on the windows as this was a first for me).
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Paint
-Template provided for UV Mapping of Glass
-Party Bus interior with working seats (You sit the way your facing like you should. Just offload from the bus weird due to making this right) and lights.
-LODS
 
Cons:
-Stripper Pole doesn't work (Yea I know bummer right? lol)
-Glass does not break (I think its just a setting I have to adjust on the material as I didn't use the bus_hi model or original glass material). If you know please feel free to share and I'll upload with a fix.

Terms of Use: This Model is unlocked for you to change anything you didn't like about mine.  IF you reupload the file all I ask is you credit me for the original party bus model. Feel free to use anything off of it that you like. All of it was made using Rockstar objects on the bus itself and just warpped, retextured and UV mapped by me.

So the first ever model I made was a request for a User on LSPDFR to make an LAPD Version of the Karin Dilettante. Today I bring to you the New and Improved ELS Version of the Karin Dilettante2 for Security Use (Or Parking Enforcement if you want Hints the Computer Screen)(Or you can use it in another vehicle slot if you want) at the request of a different user looking for an ELS version. Sorry for the low quality pictures my in game button is disable for key mapping and I can only take a screenshot of my screen so it looks not as good (Feel free to take pics and with your permission I'll replace mine crediting you)

*Note*I remade the template from scratch for the new model. I've come a long way in learning how to UV Map models and create templates and just making models in general goes from then until now so I wanted to start fresh with the best I could provide for the community.
 
*Note* Feel free to create your own unique (And Probably Better) Paint Jobs for this vehicle using the template provided. Also feel free to change the computer screen image to whatever you want (Just match the size and it should work correctly) and upload your YTD file. Hey everyone,
Today I bring to you a 1998 retired CVPI vehicle (Yes I know i've seen a 2011 CVPI, Charger, and even 2016 FPIU already. However they felt to new to be retired already, to me anyways) However I made this one for my own personal use and got lots of request to share it so figured I would upload it for everyone else to enjoy. 
The reason for the creation is that I wanted to make the police impersinator call out a little more unique and different each time I would get the call that would involve the stanier. Mine is a 1998 CVPI that is multi-livery enabled with a faded black and white paint job, Maroon, White, Black, and Dark Blue so that one is never the same. Also the vehicle has 4 extra's to make it stand out or not stand out as much. All three antenna's on the trunk are extras, the Working Spotlight is an extra, and Finally the Rambar is an Extra. This way when you get the call it isn't just the same stanier.
 
 
Installation:
Replace the stanier files (Vehicle Model) files at the below location:
\GTA V\X64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Replace the Vehicles meta at the below location in OPEN IV:
\GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta

Hello Again Fellow Officers:
Today I came across a request from someone to make some sort of a different police transportation bus model that maybe would be similar to an actual LASD bus. Since GTA 5 already has a bus that is pretty close to it I decided to make it into a Prison transport bus. The model is simply the "Coach" model from GTA 5 however I broke the model down and made a template for the bus so that you can change the paint and look to your desire. Along with this I also re-skinned the seats from a civilian looking bus seat fabric to the Police 3 Rear Seats to give more of that prison bus feel. I also added a police radio from the standard gta 5 police vehicle model to resemble the theme better rather than the coach CB radio inside of it. Also I added the bars across the side windows as well so prisoners couldn't escape out of one of the side windows ;) and finally I mapped the License plates to be SA Exempt plates rather than standard San Andreas Civilian plates.

Issues:
-Vehicle is made for multi-livery however I'm not sure what I am doing wrong to not enable it. I am assuming I just missed a line in car varitations that has to be changed or in the vehicle.meta file.
-I'm no painter so the paint job isn't the best. However their is a template provided so someone can make a better looking one for everyone to enjoy!!!

Hello Fellow Officers:
To Be honest I didn't think this was going to be my first model that I would release to LSPDFR but I saw someone had posted a request with a poll asking who would want to see a Marked version of the Karin Dilettante and I decided to give it a shot and see how it would come out and hopefully fullfill the request as well. I do not plan on adding anything and or fixing anything else with the vehicle as I just made it to practice and hopefully fullfill the request. Hope you all enjoy a different kind of police vehicle that will also save you gas lol.
-Known Issue-
-The Vehicles front left wheel and tire sit high. I'm not sure if the handeling is not correct as I don't make handling lines which is why their isn't one with the model and or the carvariation needs to be changed because it was one I made for a Mitsubishi vehicle that I made as well and didn't want to spend the time making a custom one.  Thank you for the fix. It is now working properly.
-SA Exempt plate is mapped to the car however for some reason in game it doesn't load up.
 
V 2.0.0 Update:
Well I've come a long way from what I first knew how to do in regards to modding and figured it should be applied and tested with my first model to see how well it would come out and I must say I'm glad I did. I was able to fix the SA License Plate Exempt problem so now the proper plate is on the car, Also I redid the Template and made the model Multi-Livery Supported as well, Finally I went through the LOD's and made it so the vehicle was visable from a distance and not just two cops sitting in thin air to add to the details of the car. I'm still no photoshop expert but thats why their is a template for the model for you to do better with.
 
V 3.0.0 Update:
I've finally mastered a parking enforcement vehicle at the request in the comments and it is its own file to download for anyone that would like to use it. It is used in the lguard slot or the Lifeguard vehicle replacement (I don't care for lifeguard patrolling so didn't want to replace something else that I like). Has a few issues but its pretty solid for what I could get to work.
-Known Issue-
-Vehicle Skin is not perfect but template is provided so you can make a better one then me :). Also the vehicle will spawn a weird look. Simply change the color of the vehicle in your trainer to white for both primary and secondary and this will fix it.
-Dials are not working. Tried but didn't have any luck with them.
-Vehicle engine is constantly high and sounds like granger. Not sure if its possible to change this.

Hello LCPDFR

I've been a lurker on here for a good 2 years now on and off. I've never really uploaded any content that I make because I'm a little intimidated by all the great work I see on here and didn't want to get overwhelmed with negative feedback and when first starting off the models were kind of simple and nothing special about them. BUT I decided I would release some models and why not start off with my Current Single Player Fleet Vehicle Mod Pack (I am a member of the Liberty City Emergency Operations Group and created there fleet of vehicles as well) (This is not based on an actual Police Department or a fleet. Just a creation of my imagination). In total there are 10 different vehicles to choose from.

Things to note:

I have a very slow PC (I get about 12 Frames Per Second when Recording. The only time I hit 54 is when I see the loading screen of GTA 4 lol). So I don't have any fancy EMB installed or Fancy High Poly Cars as my PC can't handle it (I think the highest Poly car is 150k and that's the Chevy Caprice). If you download the pack and want to make a video to share with an emb for me by all means I would really appreciate it. I have a preview video on YouTube right now but IE and copy and paste don't seem to want to work on here.

Handling lines are included for the cars that I had them for. They are suggestions. Change as you like :)

Last I am terrible when it comes to Photo Shop and I hate using Paint.net as it looks like a 5 year old painted a car with it. I've included templates for all the cars for you to use and make your own creations/police fleets to share with the LCPDFR Community (All I ask is you not re upload the Vehicle Model)
