You can use sparkIV or OpenIV to edit the skins, but to edit vehicles you need an unlocked model..!!! So that is not possible unless its a default R* model or a model you made or an unlocked one from various authors...!!!!

Actually the dff file can be locked to prevent anyone from making changes just like the wft file of GTA4 bro...!!! And instead of LCPDFR, I suppose I saw thread containing SAPDFR for GTA SA.

Firstly, both are two seperate game bro...!!! With different engines and different game codes...!!! And GTA SA is 7yrs old so it is almost like an opensource with people trying to edit it as much as possible, but gta4 is a pretty new game so it will take some time.!!!

Open resident.rpf file from Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcaudioSfx. It will notify you that the file is read only and you need to give permission to edit it. Then just import the IVuad file. Save and close. You are done. And If its solved why did you post for help..??
