the license plate is from callout interface.. what are doing that you expect it to change the plate?

There are several good solutions to that problem. Forking the repo and putting out a copy of it labeled 1.9.3 that breaks compatibility with existing plugins is certainly not one of them.

If you're going to use a forked version of RageNativeUI, you should call it something else.

callout interface isn't causing your crash you probably have an issue with another plugin, if you upload your log i can look at it

it has to be a police vehicle -- if you're using custom vehicles, you'll want to look at the configs

System.Speech works great. You just need to set it up right. The only real downside is the limited number of languages.

The cruise control mod is the issue. It includes a file called GTAV.exe.config that breaks the ability for plugins to call each other.
