    Just to clarify everyone, yes, the pack in the links above are open links to several of our old packs. We encourage you to download and use them as you please. Just do not use them as your own clan's pack. That's all we ask. Also, although we allow anyone to use our old clan packs, please do not use our newest/up to date one. That one should not be public.     It usually depends on the Watch Commander. Some are very strict when it comes to dress protocol, while others are a lot more lenient. I know in the Richmond RCMP, a lot of members wear the Stetson during the summer to help protect themselves from the sun.
