California must have black and white PD vehicles (although there are exceptions), steady burn red light must be front facing. CHP actually had a huge dispute with the Geek Squad from Best Buy because their vehicles were black and white to the point where the state felt it was too close to the PD vehicle codes. LOL!

I find it interesting that this is just now being brought to the spotlight by the media and everyone else. I have seen wax in schools, on social networks, and really almost anywhere there's pothead(s). I wouldn't dream of going near it or other THC based substances, but it just amazes me that such things as wax, Molly, and other new drugs are at such a high ( no pun intended ).

If one, or many (in this case) are trying to prove a point, buildings should not be burnt down, stores should not be looted, vandalism should not occur, riots should remain non-existent, and the right to peacefully assemble and protest should be fully utilized. However, when such violent and wrongful acts occur, there is no other option for law enforcement besides neutralizing the issue at hand. This, as we all know, means tear gas, bean bag rounds/rubber bullets, and other non-lethal weapons. If only we lived in a perfect world where we utilized our given rights appropriately, rights were not violated by the police, and those inhabiting a community respected the people that protect them (Police, Military, etc.)

Obviously the police are strong enough to handle a riot if the issue is excessive force in the first place.

This is a great thread. They can record (as can you), but they risk their property being subpoenaed in court. Furthermore, recording with your own equipment as an officer risks your own private property. A GoPro, which is not cheap, is not worth risking for a clip of a felon cussing you out, nor is it worth violating department policy and your badge to put it on YouTube.

Would you mind if I created a PDF that had all of the handling lines in this thread for ease of access? I'd upload it to this site only and credit you for all the lines. All people would have to do is download it, hit CRTL+F and search the vehicle name. I believe it would be a great tool for vehicle creators as it would be at their fingertips.

If all rights are considered to be natural, such documents would not be in existence because there would be no point. Furthermore, if rights were in no way guaranteed to us, as you had previously stated, there would be not a single supreme court case in defense of the people who utilize those rights to the furthest extent. Now, to point out another thing, to somewhat link this all back to the original topic of the thread, if we (world population) had such "all natural" rights, and if the whole world was to abide by the idea of human rights rather than rights based on what country you live in, then there would be no conflict, and in turn, no war between a government and its people over rights. To say that there would be no war at all is not true because the people will always fight the people because of such freedoms of religion, speech, and otherwise. And I do agree that it would be best if a civil rights thread was posted.

I think it is safe to say that nobody directly involved in the post is a political analyst, defense strategist, or otherwise, so let's just leave this to the American politicians, shall we? And to say that one "fights for our rights" is incorrect. I appreciate all that our troops do for our county, but in all honesty, the American public has not had rights since the signing of the documents that guaranteed us our supposed "freedoms" and "rights".
