    This adds new LSPD textures to the 1999 CVPI and Impala. It adds a yellow stripe along the doors of the cars, saying "Police" and "Los Santos" in addition to ID numbers.     I modeled these off of the real life Oakland, California police cars by using the LSPD patch because it resembles those of Oakland. This requires the 1999 CVPI model.
