If i managed to figure out how to like re-color the texture, would that change the way the light would show up at the bar, or would it be a red light shining out of a blue texture?

Hey guys, I have never really edited anything except for what other have posted, but I've been using the Uniform Police Cars Pack and I was wondering how I would go about removing the Red lights and changing them with blue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

​I think the biggest thing is going to be how much more stable V is than IV. Constant crashing doesn't make for a fun game, I know for me at least (with a pretty beasty PC) IV was almost unplayable with more than just ELS and LCPD:FR installed. Hell the base game itself barely ran.

​Trying this out now, it bugs a little when you have just lights on, hit E to turn them off without turning siren on then off ( J->J-> off). To get just lights back on you need to hit J about 3 times and on the third it'll have the lights. But other than that really well done man, thank you!

​I'm usually able to taze someone using SAPD:RR along with Police Mod 1.0c about 4 times, then the 5th kills them. I'm a sadistic little mug.

​Tasers are less than lethal, but they CAN kill in real life, so IMO they should have a deadly aspect to it, just not a high %.

You were using SAPD:RR as well as Police Mod 1.0c in the last video? O.o

​This is what I want so much, not just LSPD:FR but that of arma 3 life, or perp from gmod. Have being an officer determined by the server. Everyone starts as a Civi, server owner/admins (whatever) determine how many officers are needed and you have to prove you're not a jackass. I've been watching my buddies play arma 3 life and it looks like a lot of fun, but the game is just so laggy and buggy it's not worth my time to even try and play. GTA 5 is the PERFECT platform IMO to do a Life RP mod. One way I could see LSPD:FR doing this is if it worked with other mods that allowed for people to have in-game monetary gains such as jobs (drug dealers, gun dealers, etc) and then the server assigning an admin rank (with no power other than to activate on-duty for LSPD:FR), Keep in mind I'm no programmer and I have no idea what work is needed to do this, just my ideal mod for GTA MP. :)

I don't know how many of you have played the Perp mod for garry's mod, but it's basically a RP mod where there are civis, cops, firemen, medics etc. You have a job and can buy property grow drugs, sell drugs blah blah blah you get the point. I don't even know the first thing to mod a game, but I feel like if the extra online launcher ever takes off and we can play the same mod as others online this would be one hell of a good online mod. I was just watching my buddy play Arma 3 Life and it kind of struck me that GTA 5 would be the perfect platform for such a mod. Let me know what you guys think :) Edit: After I posted this I immediately remembered the GTA:SAMP and then cops and robbers mod... THIS IS WHAT I WANT, gun sellers, drug dealers, prostitutes, cops (but add firemen and medics). Now I'm sad because it probably won't happen.
