Troopers Pulled Over Vehicle for Excessive Speed
A Trooper with the San Andreas Highway Patrol clocked this driver going 75 in a 65 MPH zone. The trooper promptly pulled over the vehicle and made contact with the driver. Upon approaching the vehicle the trooper noticed a strong odor of alcohol. The driver was given a sobriety test which he was unable to pass. A breathalyzer revealed the driver's BAC to be .16 two times the legal limit. The subject was then arrested for DUI and transported to the Blaine County detention facility.
