Liberty City, especially Broker, still has a small Dutch diaspora. Many of those are concentrated in the small, yet charming Rotterdam Hill district, and in the district's 'brandweerkazerne', Engine 239's crew are all made up of Dutch-Americans, hence the nickname 'The Dutchies'.
