Added Some More Lighting

Here's another version of my Tahoe, part of the federal land management Tahoe pack I will be releasing with the help and awesome liveries of @PantherP71. This Version offers additional PAR32 and Whelen Vertexs in the front. All Tahoes will be available in stock height, and with a slight suspension lift (as if it had a small 2-3" lift or leveling kit).
