The site is safe, but the model isn't really great. It's half-assed garbage, but hey, if you're desperate.

I'm fairly certain the model isn't even a proper Caprice, light bar is "floating". The mounts are supposed to clamp onto the bodyshell between the doors and the body, it's just floating ontop of the body. Push bar is floating in front of the bumper, I'd bet the model has no LODs, and the model is made by DoctorGTA. I'm sure his name alone is enough to not use it. If you want a good Caprice, wait for KevinDV.

Does he actually make cars? I've been skeptical because of how vaguely he talks about those cars in his videos, never releases them, has only released skins in the past, and how often he uses public models in his videos in comparison to the cars "he makes". Idk

I don't think we'll ever know for sure, unless he admits to it or the modelers speak out. But he's been a career-long scam artist, I wouldn't doubt it for a second.

I understand the model isn't the greatest but there has been a lack of variety of cars to choose from in gta v and it gets boring using crown vics all the time

I highly disagree. There have been a boat load of Explorers, Tahoes and Chargers released recently. It seems like "using crown vics" is a preference.

no he actually has people do it for him. but i think he pays someone to do it for him.

dude so what if people release more CVPI'S then the newer police interceptors. CVPI's are legendary anyways.

The only thing I think we could use more of is newer interceptors, Caprices (obviously), and Tahoes with coronas (because gump has so many but no coronas). Crown vics may be "legendary", but they aren't for everyone. I'm not hating on them, but some of us like newer vehicles too.
