Yes, but it can't give you near as much options. Skin Control is terrible to use, but offers so much more.

You get way more colors for hair and eyes, and I've noticed that half the time I can't get eyebrows on my character. SC has it's own section. I think it has a much better system for making custom heads and the options to modify them.

I love SNT, but the menu for modifying the MP characters is garbage. That's why I use skin control

Well, the selection for my black and brown hair colours seems to satisfy me. Not sure what your problem with the eyebrows is, though. SNT has been wonderful to me.
